How can I consume some nasty stuff (psyllium husk) without knowing I am? Like hiding it in something?
My doctor told me that I need more fiber in my diet and wants me to consume psyllium husk. It’s this disgusting powder that tastes like ground-up cardboard. I mixed it with water like you are supposed to, took a gulp and immediately gagged it up. TERRIBLE. Is there a better way to hide this powder? Or not taste it? Please try to suggest something low-calorie, too. ![]()
Thank you!
