Can anyone interpret the Holter narrative?
HOLTER NARRATIVE:
Average heart rate is 98bpm. Min hr is 51bpm and max hr is 150bpm.
Ventricular ectopic activity consisted of 31847 beats, oof which 39 were in triplets, 474 in couplets, 12549 in single PVCs , 15 were interpolated PVCs , 8 were on R on T , 891 were single VEs, 1 was in late, 7912 were bigeminy, 9958 were in trigeminy.
The patients rythm included 1 min 8 sec of bradycardia lasting 13 secs with min hr of 51bpm
The patients rhythm incduled 54min 24 sec of tachycardia. The fastes single episode lasting 3 mns 56 sec with max hr of 152bpm.
