DOES GINSENG SLIMMING TEA REALLY WORK??

im trying to lose a few pounds so im on a low carb diet and someone recommended that i use a colon cleanser and some lecithin, to burn fat, so i recently saw some ginseng slimming tea in the supermarket, and was thinking maybe i could get some extra help with it but i need to know if anyone has every tried it and if it really works, any strange side effects lol, basically any useful information about the product thanks alot.

Ginseng is an old old remedy. Used for years, and people dig the root, dry it and sell it, as it pays very well. Whether it will make you lose weight or not, I am not sure. But it will certainly not hurt you. Make sure you look at the package to see the country of origin. It grows wild here in the US, but the digging of the roots are controlled, so as not to make the plant extinct.
