Is it okay for a 14 year old boy to take children’s chewable multi-vitamin tablets?

Is it giving me enough vitamins I need? Should I choose some other vitamin pills? I also, unfortunately, don’t have a well-balanced diet. Help? I would also like any extra details wich may be helpful, thanks.

Adults can take childrens chewables but depending on the vitamins, they need to take double the vitamins a day.
