OK, #1 has no answer because translation is the process of making protein from the mRNA strand, by which point the mRNA is fully processed. An intron is a section of DNA which is translated into mRNA but then removed during mRNA processing, so perhaps this is the answer you’re looking for; it’s the best one if you meant “transcription” instead of “translation”
#2 is tRNA; it stands for “transfer RNA” and is a covalent complex of a small piece of a particular sequence of RNA and an amino acid; the reaction is catalyzed by aminoacyl tRNA synthetase.
#3 is “b”; when lactose is present, the lac repressor fall off of the operator region so that polymerase can bind.
I’m not sure about #4, because endonucleases attack RNA from the middle rather than at either end, and there are a number of them. If you mean exonucleases, then “a” is the best answer.
for #5, TAC (which is 5′ to 3′) gets translated to GUA (since the RNA strand is antiparallel) and GUA codes for valine.
